The Barbie is one of the most popular dolls to sew for. But we want to include more than just Barbie patterns. Here you will find collections of outfits for the American Girl Doll, the Cabbage Patch, the Bitty Baby and many more. Our aim is to try and post patterns for as wide of a variety of clothing from vintage to the modern day styles.

So if you are looking for shorts or a wedding gown you will no doubt find these free printable patterns here. Look for our period outfits, career clothes, baby doll outfits, clothes of all types for the fashion dolls, rag doll, ect.
When sewing the clothing patterns remember they all have a ¼ inch seam allowance, also many have darts, kick pleats and notches as needed. So when you draw out your pattern or cut your fabric don't forget to mark your pattern pieces accordingly.
A few notes about these patterns:
You can draw off the pattern using 1/4 inch graph paper or you can purchase the set for just $2.99. This set will be full size and printable. It will save you the time of drawing out the pattern to size.
Patterns are displayed on 8.5 X 11 inch paper, ready to cut and sew. When pattern pieces are too large to be copied onto one sheet of paper then the pattern will be copied in sections. You will than need to assemble it before laying it on the fabric and cutting.
This site is not about earning or a work at home business but I do want to say that many people do earn a nice second income with their sewing machines.
Also I need to inform you that if you do choose to make clothes, from any of my patterns and than sell them, that is is fine with me. Doll fashion can sell well and when you add a bit of your imagination you may find there are many customers that want to buy your items. Many people earn extra from home money making and selling doll clothes.
Most of the time you will find that you are not permitted to sell them made from the patterns but these are all out of copyright so you have full permission. But do not sell the patterns copied from this site, as this is copyrighted material.
